So I massaged it a bunch throughout the day.&nbsp; I found a super painful spot,&nbsp; well spots, on either side of my ankle. I would've gone nuts without them.&nbsp; Oh yeah, I'm a weak biker.&nbsp; This killed me!&nbsp; the first workout went over an hour (it will build up to 2) and has a lot of cadence training.
